Leading Bold Change^TM is an interactive workshop experience that enables leaders at all levels to drive and sustain change through the practical application of John Kotter's proven principles for effective change. The experience connects the heart of those who must embrace and lead change today with the mindset necessary to ensure future success.  Based on John Kotter's bestselling book "Our Iceberg is Melting", the programme offers a unique and engaging experience for delegates backed up with robust methodology, high quality materials and extensive pre-and post-programme support.

Developed by ISB Worldwide, the workshop is the only training programme endorsed by John Kotter himself and is the result of over two years of product development with his direct involvement.  The programme is versatile enough to accommodate two different types of audiences:

1) Individuals with or without a defined responsibility for a specific change.

2) Teams that are going to be responsible for implementing a specific initiative.
