Why are you changing?

We are inviting our readers to take part in a simple three-question poll to find out what is driving the major changes in your organisation at the moment.

Organisations implement major transformations for one or more of three reasons:

1. To avoid “pain” (i.e. to reduce operating costs, to react to a loss in market share, to deal with a crisis etc.)
2. To take advantage of an opportunity (i.e. to move into a new market, to develop new products or services, to take advantage of a weakened competitor etc.)
3. Imposed regulatory change (i.e. legislative changes, deregulation, new financial standards etc.)
