Craig is the Senior Consultant and Director within Flint Consulting and has extensive experience of working and consulting within the private and public sector. He is a Full Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) with extensive management / consultancy experience and detailed experience of organisational change and organisational development interventions.

Before founding Flint Consulting (originally as Handmade Learning) in 2007, Craig previously worked for PepsiCo for 6 years in operational and HR roles.  Prior to that, Craig worked in senior operational roles within Royal Mail and Northumbrian Water.   A keen runner with four marathons under his belt, Craig has also climbed to the summit of the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro in 2008.  Both of these endeavours demonstrate the mental toughness and tenacity Craig also brings to his professional career.

As well as possessing an MBA (passed with Distinction), Craig is an experienced facilitator and trainer and has worked with some of the world’s foremost thought leaders in the field of change and organisational development.  Craig has a number of recognised qualifications in this field and as a certified facilitator of “Leading Bold Change”, is a member of a small but growing community of practitioners who are authorised to deliver this innovative programme.

Craig’s recent client experience includes delivering “Leading Bold Change” interventions with PepsiCo, Rolls Royce and Experian.  Other recent client work includes the development and delivery of Leadership Development programmes within PepsiCo and Disney and the deployment of Culture and Values programmes with Business and Enterprise North East.  Craig has also recently facilitated large conferences for clients.  Craig regularly speaks to professional organisations and is a member of many networks and professional groups.
