Ann is an expert in the field of benefit realisation management; highly experienced PMO and business change consultant with a track record in Marketing, Operational Management, Process mapping and design, Organisational Change and Business Development. She has over 20 years experience of advising and assisting many organisations on increasing and improving their approaches to managing change, maximising the potential to realise benefits and achieving ROI from IT and business change projects across public and private sector.

Ann is one of the few specialists to have many years exclusive experience in practical (hands-on) implementation of Benefits Management and "benefits-led" approaches to portfolio/programme management, project management and change management. She has an enthusiastic passion in the field of change management and has been one of the main driving forces behind the recent accreditation of benefits management principles award through The Centre for Change Management (C4CM which is an EDI Licensed Centre).

Accredited PinPoint Facilitator and experienced trainer, coach and facilitator in various Programme and Project Management methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Lean, Agile) .

Prior to setting up The Change Emporium (strategic services consultancy) and founding The XChange (a networking and best practice community for Change Professionals) Ann was Managing Director of Sigma UK Ltd.
